This website describes software development services offered by Loyza ("we", "us"). Content on this site is for general information. It is not a contractual offer; every engagement is governed by a written services agreement signed by both parties before work begins.
Pricing shown
Prices shown are indicative of our standard packages. A fixed quote is confirmed in writing after an initial call, based on your cafe's requirements.
Third-party services
Apps we build are published to the Apple App Store and Google Play under the client's own developer accounts and are subject to those platforms' terms. Links to third-party sites (including app store listings) are provided for convenience; we're not responsible for their content.
Intellectual property
The content and design of this website belong to Loyza. The PLNTD name and branding shown in our case study belong to PLNTD LONDON LTD and are shown as delivered client work.
Liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep this website accurate and available, but provide it "as is" without warranties. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
